Unfortunately, the number of transactions in 2011 is down 50% from 2010, with only 8 townhouse sold in 2011 versus 16 townhouses sold in 2010. It will be interesting to see if pricing adjustments will be needed to bring more buyers to this segment of the Bronxville market in 2012.
